We took into account all specific requirements before building the asphalt mixing plant in question. All the components of the machines were fit into containers 40ft incapacity. As asked, the cold aggregator feeder was made mobile. It has twin axles, drying, and a mixing drum. The twin axles kept it mobile.
The 30-ton bitumen tank was put on two axles. On one of the axles were mounted the cabin carrying chassis, the mineral filler, and the dryer burner tank. The second axle carried the west dust collector and the generator. The collector was on a different chassis.
All units of the machine were fitted with internal cabling. The cables were designed to keep the components interconnected with the junction box. The interconnection of the parts makes the plant portable. All the conveyors in the unit have helical gears which is the in-line kind.
Atlas not only built the machine from the scratch for the client company. It also supported the installation of the machine. The machine is set up in a certain location in Oman in which Atlas Technologies was fully involved. The company sent two of its technicians who helped the client with setting up the machine.
The process from conception to installation took a few weeks and Atlas dedicated the best resources for the full development of the project.
