Discharge Gate
The discharge door is powered by a pneumatic cylinder. A nylon seal along the perimeter of this door insulates the chamber. The door rotation is programmed in such a way that every time it is closed shut, the seal is contacted and compressed.
Washer
Washing the mixers made by Atlas is equally easy. The mixers have a hose fitted with a heavy spray jet nozzle. Spraying the inside with water jets ensures thorough cleaning of the mixers.
Top Hatch
The top cover is easy to open and close. The top cover is attached to the chamber with twin hinged hatches. Wide and open, it allows easy access to the mixer chamber. The top cover ensures that the insides can be cleaned out perfectly after a day’s work. The top cover is set high which makes unscheduled and preventive maintenance easy. It makes the shutdown period relatively shorter. The top hatch is also very flexible, and equally secure when closed.
